Technical information tied to the material.
WOCO’s service principle is to meet the customer’s stated requirements. For a material purchase, that begins with clear specifications and the right supporting documents. Product pages connect the declared material, manufacturing route and size bands with their available technical files.
Product overview
Describes the material family, reference grades, applications and any stated process conditions. Check which grade and size the values describe.
Technical specification
Defines the requirements relevant to the selected material. Agree the measurement method, limits and supplied product form for the purchase.
Batch COA
Reports results for an identified batch. Read the batch number, report date, test items and units before comparing the results with an acceptance requirement.
A concrete example: WC10Co4Cr
The agglomerated-and-sintered WC10Co4Cr product page includes 5–25 µm and 15–45 µm priced specifications, a product overview with separate reference grades and historical batch reports. The 15–45 µm COA sample identifies batch YQ10C4-0515.

That report belongs to the batch it names; it is not a certificate for a later shipment. Similarly, coating results in a product overview belong to the process conditions stated in that document.
Acceptance requirements before supply
Specify the composition or grade, required particle-size band or component dimensions, measurement basis and the documents you need. Where relevant, include test methods, limits, traceability and packaging requirements. Ask which product-specific and batch-specific documents can accompany the offered material.
Historical source listings may contain incomplete or inconsistent technical fields. Conflicting powder-size information remains withheld until verified. Our material sourcing and technical support guide helps you prepare the specification and contact details for an enquiry.
Material selection guides
Agglomerated and sintered vs sintered and crushed powders
Compare manufacturing route, morphology and declared powder properties using two WOCO WC10Co4Cr grades.
Reading powder sizes: 15–45 µm, −45+15 and Dv50
Understand a size-band designation, volume percentiles and why sieve and laser results need different acceptance criteria.
TDS, SDS and batch COA: which powder documents do you need?
Separate product specifications, handling information and lot-specific results, with a checklist for powder procurement.
WC-Co or WC-CoCr? Start with the service environment
Compare the binder system, operating environment and actual powder grade before choosing a tungsten carbide coating powder.
What to include in an HVOF powder enquiry
A practical RFQ checklist covering material, process, particle size, quantity, destination and required documents.
