Begin with the part, coating or process.
A useful enquiry tells us what the material must do. Share the component or coating application, the process you use and the working environment. If you already use a grade, include its designation and the specification you need. If you are comparing materials, describe the problem you want to solve.
WOCO’s service approach starts with the customer’s requirements. Our team can discuss the published material options, clarify the information supplied with a product and confirm the manufacturing or supply arrangement for the selected specification.
Powder enquiry checklist
| Information | What to include |
|---|---|
| Material or grade | Alloy designation, carbide and binder chemistry, or the existing product code. |
| Process | HVOF, plasma spray, laser cladding, PTA or the relevant additive-manufacturing process and equipment. |
| Particle size | The required size band and unit, plus any distribution, measurement-method or acceptance requirements. |
| Quantity & destination | Sample or production quantity, preferred packaging and delivery destination. |
| Reply email | A working email address for quotation follow-up, together with any purchasing reference. |
On a product page, use Request a quote beside the relevant specification. The request carries the model, size and source page into the private conversation. An ordinary message is also available when you need to discuss the application first.
Drawings for carbide components
For a shaped part, supply the drawing revision, dimensions, tolerances, surface-finish requirements and quantity. Explain whether you need a blank, a semi-finished component or a finished part. Contact conditions and the balance between abrasion, impact and corrosion help frame the grade discussion.
Website conversations accept private attachments up to 10 MB per file, including PDF and STEP/STP, DWG/DXF and IGS/IGES engineering files. Drawings stay with the conversation and are available to authorized customer-service staff.
Documents & acceptance requirements
Tell us which documents are required before accepting a quotation: a product overview, an applicable technical specification, a batch COA or handling documentation such as an SDS. Availability is confirmed for the product being offered.
Published historical batch reports show results for their named batch. Agree the composition, particle-size basis, test method and acceptance limits for your purchase separately. Our quality and technical resources explain the available evidence and provide product-linked downloads.
From enquiry to a current quotation
Prices on product pages retain the currency, unit, specification and MOQ of their original website records. For a current quotation, our team confirms the requested material, quantity, packaging, available documents, manufacturing origin and delivery conditions. Let us know the destination and any timing constraints.
Requests are saved in the website customer desk. Leave a reply email for follow-up; the WOCO team can contact you separately through its business email. Purchase conditions are agreed directly with the team.
