The surface of wire drawing die should never have peeling, layering, crackles, bubbling, carburization and sink blister; the working area should never have trail, binder, concave pit, loosened side and loosened corner. The product of the length and width of the loosened side and corner should not be larger than 1.0X0.5mm, and the depth should not exceed 0.5mm.
