The basic process of thermal spraying is: be heated to a molten or partially molten state of coating material drop, the flame currents and high speed jet atomization and the substrate surface, fierce collision with matrix, deformation, flattening and deposition, the subsequent rapid cooling solidification, stacking one by one to form a coating.
